- A valid CC on file is required for all bookings.
- Although your card will not be charged at the time of reservation, it will be used in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation. Supplying us with your credit card and/or gift card information for your appointment is confirmation of your acceptance of these terms.
- Before & After business hours, appointments are available. There is a 35% surcharge in addition to the price of the selected service. To book, please contact me via email (hello@swankybeautybar.com) or text me @ 713-364-6023.
Your appointment is important to us, and we understand that life happens, and things come up, so our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance. Since the services booked are reserved for you, as a courtesy, we require a 24-hour notice before your appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling!
- We require this notice if you cannot attend, so we may provide other clients the opportunity to fill that spot.
- If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours of its scheduled time, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 mins late, you may be charged a $35 late fee and required to reschedule. Additionally, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
- If You have No Call/No Show for your booked appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
